Services for Adults

The Clinic offers a range of options to adults with disabilities:

  • Vocational Training (VT) - aims to equip young adults with disabilities to take responsibility for and have control over their own lives, and to set and achieve their own goals. This includes independence and the ability to pursue further training, further education or possibly employment.  Training certified by FETAC and accredited by the National Accreditation Committee ( NAC).
  • A workshop which offers rehabilitation and occupational activities
  • Certified training in Desktop Publishing and In-plant Printing through FAS
  • Day Activity Centres for adults whose disabilities prevent them from participating in training and work programmes

These programmes offer a broad spectrum of opportunity and on-going support for more than 350 adults.

The Central Remedial Clinic has been designated a Centre of Excellence by the National Accreditation Committee for its high standard of training delivery in Adult Services.
