Today was a great day as we launched a booklet of stories written by parents who attend the Parent & Toddler Group in the CRC. The Group was started in 2000 as most parents felt that when they attended parent & baby groups in their local area their children were singled out as ‘special’ and ‘different’ to other children. The stories are very powerful and detail the surge of high and low emotions that come with being a new parent to a child that is born with health issues.

Our Civil Rights work by Rachel Glennane and Adult Services has been commended for being a champion for cerebral palsy from the World Cerebral Palsy Awards.
