The CRC delivers a range of services to children and adults with disabilities both nationally and locally through our centres in Dublin, Limerick and Waterford and our Outreach Services. The mission of the CRC is that by working together we make a positive difference to the lives of people with disabilities, their families and carers. Our vision is that people with disabilities achieve their potential and live full lives as equal and valued citizens.
Chairperson of the Board – Non-Executive Director(Voluntary)
A new Board has been in place since March 2014 comprising of up to 15 non-executive directors. Significant governance enhancements have been achieved by the current Board and Executive Management Team. As the current Chair has indicated his desire to step down in March 2018, the Board is now commencing a recruitment process for a new Chairperson.
The CRC Board are seeking interested candidates from a broad range of diverse backgrounds who can add to the exceptional work achieve to date by the CRC Board. The Chairperson will need to display high standards of integrity and probity and set expectations regarding culture, values and behaviours for the CRC and for the tone of discussions at Board level.
