Strength and Power training ideas
Warm up- Run or warm for 2-3 minutes.
Speed training- Run or walk for 10 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times. Increase time running or walking as able.
Functional strengthening ideas to try.
Bear Crawls – Walk like a bear, no knees on the floor.
-Try to include it in a game. Collect small toys, play chasing.
