Remember to Get 60 Minutes of Exercise

All children and young people should be active, at a moderate to vigorous level for at least 60 minutes every day. include muscle strengthening, flexibility and bone-strengthening exercise 3 times a week.
## As these are General Exercises ideas please ensure your child’s safety by supervising your child when doing the exercises. Please provide your child with as much support as is needed.##
