The CRC is working towards all services resuming as planned tomorrow, Monday March 5th, with the following exceptions: Both Schools will remain closed to pupils Monday 5th. Access to our services in Clondalkin and Firhouse remain an issue at present, however, we aim to ensure access to these sites tomorrow morning with a view to resuming activity by lunchtime tomorrow. The CRC local centre Clontarf will remain closed Monday 5th March to facilitate refurbishment works.
We would like to thank all services users, their families and carers and our staff for your patience and cooperation over the last number of days. We would also like to remind all services users and staff to exercise caution in the aftermath of Storm Emma and to check local weather updates before setting off on your journey.
For any queries please contact your local service or CRC Clontarf on (01) 854 2200
The CRC intends to resume all services as planned from Monday morning 5th March. We will continue to monitor the situation over the next 24-36 hours and issue further updates in due course as information become available via the National Emergency Coordination group and Met Éireann but all indications are that we’ll be back in business on Monday.
Met Eireann has issued an extended status red weather alert until Friday March 2nd. As the safety of our staff and clients is paramount we are closing our services Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd in Dublin, Waterford and Limerick. This includes all clinical appointments, local centres and our schools in clontarf and clondalkin. Our public swimming pool in Clontarf will also remain closed Thursday and Friday. We will continue to monitor advice from the HSE and National Emergency Coordination Group. Please visit www.winterready.ie for advice on how to stay safe at this time.
