Dr. Ciaran Barry Research Scholarship

 

Dr. Ciaran Barry was Medical Director of the CRC from 1964 until his death in 1991. The Dr. Ciaran Barry scholarship was launched in his memory in 1994 to support a student with a disability who is engaged in post-graduate research.

 

The scholarship is open to all academic disciplines and covers one academic year.

 

Applicants must

 

  • Have a disability
  • Be undertaking a post graduate degree in any academic discipline
  • Be graduates of a recognised university or third level college
