Our services are based upon a Family Centered Practice Model in line with the Progressing Disability Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team in Balbriggan. The successful candidate will have the following essential requirements: A recognised Social Work qualification and current registration as a Social Worker with CORUAt least one year’s post qualifying experience working as CORU registered Social WorkerCompetent assessment and counselling skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, initiative, teamwork and time management skillsA full driving license and access to own car Desirable requirements: Experience of working in primary care, health care or disability settingExperience of working with children and families in a multi-disciplinary settingGroup work experience It must be clearly demonstrated in your CV and supporting statement how you meet the required skills, competencies and knowledge for the post.
