Leave a lasting legacy

By leaving a gift in your will to the Central Remedial Clinic or making a donation in memory of a loved one, you can make a real difference to the lives of people with disabilities in Ireland.

Once you have taken care of your friends and family in your will, you may wish to leave a legacy to a cause that means a lot to you.

Leaving a gift in your will is an incredible way to make a huge difference to the future of a charity that you care about.

Why leave a gift in your will to the CRC?

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, the Central Remedial Clinic has been providing quality care, therapy, and education to people with disabilities for over 70 years.

Gifts in Wills make an incredible difference to our organisation; they allow us to continue to grow our service provision and deliver the highest standard of care to our clients and their families. Your legacy gift will empower us to adapt our services to meet the ever growing and changing needs of our clients and will make a lasting difference to their lives.

A gift in your will, no matter the amount, supports people with disabilities achieve their potential and live full lives as equal and valued citizens.

By leaving a gift in your will to the CRC, you are supporting the future of the nearly 4,000 people every year that depend on us. We support people with disabilities at every stage of their lives, and a gift in your will you can empower us and the people we serve for many more generations to come.

How do I make or update my will?

Your solicitor will provide guidance on how to write or update your will and how you can include a gift to the Central Remedial Clinic. You can find a solicitor in your local area by visiting the Law Society of Ireland’s website.

Give In-Memory

Gifts given in memory of a loved one are a special way to honour them and support the values and causes that meant a lot to them during their life.

Many families request that donations be made in lieu of flowers. You can let family and friends know about your decision in the death notice of your loved one by requesting that, if desired, a donation can be made in their memory to the Central Remedial Clinic on our donation page

You may wish to hold your own fundraising event in memory of your loved one. There are many ways to fundraise, such as holding a coffee morning or sponsored walk. Events such as this can be a way to bring family and friends together to celebrate the life and memory of your loved one.

If you are interested in holding a fundraising event for the Central Remedial Clinic in memory of the life of a loved one, we are happy to help. Please contact giftinwill@crc.ie to discuss with a member of our Fundraising team on how best we can support you and your event.
