CRC Client Satisfaction Survey

The CRC is running a client satisfaction survey. This is for families and clients that attend our services currently and those that attended in previous years.

We will use this information to inform and create our new strategic plan for the next five years. The survey will include questions on our clinical, specialist and adult services as well as other activities our families may get involved with e.g. committees , research .

We will use this information to help us improve our services for you.

This is a confidential survey that is being carried out by Accuracy Market Research on behalf of the CRC. You do not need to give your name or contact details and all information is strictly anonymous and confidential.
