We are hosting a 2-day practical course: Orthotic (Splinting) Management in the Upper Limb in Cerebral Palsy in the CRC Clontarf. This foundation course is suitable for clinicians working in the field of neurodisability, infants through to adults with a primary physical disability. Theory will cover atypical tone, managing muscle overactivity, trajectory of secondary complications and functional anatomy. Practical skills will expand upon the principles of orthotic fabrication, develop clinical reasoning, and build upon practical skills in the fabrication of upper limb orthotics.
