CRC Annual Report 2025

Over the past year, the Central Remedial Clinic (CRC) has taken a defining step forward. In May, we launched our 2025-2030 Strategy - Pathways that Empower and Enable, which sets a clear and confident new direction for the years ahead. The strategy articulates our core purpose: to deliver the right support for people with complex disabilities at the right time, and to do so in a way that underscores our responsibility as a public service organisation.

It serves as a compass for the future: guiding decision-making, focusing our efforts on what matters most, and anchoring our work in our shared values of person-centredness, quality, respect, courage, collaboration and stewardship.
