Our Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNTs)

The CRC provides services through a number of Children’s Disability Network Teams across different locations.

Each CDNT is made up of a team of professionals working together with families to support children and young people with complex needs arising from disability. Services may include assessment, therapy, family support, and care coordination.
