Clondalkin Children’s Disability Network Team

Jean Oswell is the Children’s Disability Network Manager (CDNM) for the Clondalkin team. She leads the team of professionals who work together to support children with complex needs and their families.

Jean helps coordinate services, manage resources, and ensure that the team provides care that is timely, family-centred, and based on each child’s individual goals. Her leadership helps to create a supportive and well-organised service for families in the Clondalkin area.

Sharyn Homan is the Administrator for the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) in Clondalkin.

She supports families and the team by managing referrals, coordinating appointments, and keeping service records up to date. Sharyn plays a key role in helping the team deliver organised, timely, and family-focused care.

Orla Clancy is the Head of Children’s Services at the CRC.

She provides strategic leadership across all Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNTs), supporting the delivery of high-quality, family-centred services for children and their families.
